Dimitrios Drossos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration of the University of West Attica. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration of the Technical University of Piraeus. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cardiff Metropolitan University – Cardiff School of Management and a PhD from the University of Piraeus – Department of Informatics. For over a decade, he had a highly successful professional career in the private sector, working in large multinational companies. He has made a significant number of publications and announcements in scientific journals and conferences. His research activity is part of the scientific area of Business Administration, Information Systems, E-Business, Multi-Criteria Analysis, Customer Satisfaction, Total Quality Management, Consumer Behavior and Human Resources Management. He has significant experience in project submission and management. During the last years, he has undertaken as a Business Consultant / Project Manager the implementation of a series of important projects in large enterprises - organizations in the public and private sectors. He has organized a significant number of scientific conferences and workshops.
